When will my order be dispatched?
We aim to dispatch all orders within 1–3 business days. During busy periods (like product launches or holidays), dispatch times may be slightly longer - but we’ll always keep you updated.
Do you offer express shipping?
Yes - express shipping options are available at checkout if you need your order a little sooner.
How long will delivery take?
Delivery times vary depending on your location within Australia. Standard shipping typically takes 2–8 business days once dispatched.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes - we currently ship to New Zealand and the United States. If you’re based elsewhere and would like to place an order, feel free to get in touch and we’ll do our best to assist.
Returns & Exchanges
Do you accept returns or exchanges?
Yes - we accept returns and exchanges on unused items in their original condition within 14 days of delivery.
What if my item is faulty or incorrect?
We’re so sorry! Please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and a photo, and we’ll make it right.
