Shipping & Delivery

Australian Orders:

Shipping: Please be advised that our current order processing & dispatch times are between 1-2 business days. Please allow up to an extra 48hours for processing & dispatch times during peak holiday periods.

We use Australia Post for all of our customer orders. Shipping costs are calculated by weight at checkout using Australia Post's flat rate for standard parcel post and express post service.

Tracking details are available after the order has been processed. Approximate delivery times for standard shipping is between 2-8 business days, and 1-4 business working days for express. Please allow extra time for short-haul (interstate metro or same state regional areas) and long-haul (WA, far north old & remote areas). The delivery time to your destination may vary according to your postcode.

It is the customers responsibility to ensure that delivery and order details are correct upon checkout. If a delivery is “Returned to Sender” due to the customer providing an incorrect delivery address or failure to collect the parcel from a designated post office or outlet due to a card being left at the delivery address, the order will incur a Return To Sender fee and we cannot refund original shipping charges. We recommend keeping an eye on your tracking for up to date notifications once receiving a shipment notification from us, as Australia Post cannot guarantee that a card is always left. Please review your shipping address carefully upon submission of your order. We cannot be held liable for mis-delivery as a result of incorrect data entry. No responsibility is taken for items lost or damaged in the post as unfortunately this is out of our control. Free Shipping on all AU orders over $ offer is subject to change at anytime.

Delivery: Free local delivery is offered for all orders within the postcode areas of 3912, 3933, 3913, 3911 and all other orders over $50 within a 15km radius of 3912 area on the Mornington Peninsula. Orders are delivered every Monday & Thursday between 9am & 2pm. Deliveries do not run on public holidays.

International Orders:

Some international routes are currently suspended, and many routes have lower flight frequencies. This may cause longer transit times. Deliveries to and from overseas also depend on overseas postal and delivery services. Restrictions, operating constraints and labour shortages are causing delays in some countries. Please note: Unfortunately due to firmer restrictions we currently do not export selections of our treats range, liquids or ceramic goods.

All international shipping costs are calculated by weight at checkout. Please allow between 6-27 business days to receive your order outside of Australia. Taxes and duties may be applicable on your order and are assessed and charged by the destination countries border control (we do not cover these charges).
